What is Our Returns and Refund Policy?
We are Cool with Returns.
If you don’t like something or aren’t happy then please send it back to us. These things happen and we will try and do all we can to sort any issue for you. It’s what we do.
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery.
If you are returning the goods because they are damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you the cost of returning them. For any other reason you will need to pay to return the goods. We recommend you use a trackable post service in case it goes missing.
Before sending any goods back, please contact us to see if it’s a problem we can help you fix as there could be a simple solution. If you live locally to us, pop in and we’ll be glad to help.
Please send the goods back to the address below with the following:
- A copy of your invoice or order number with contact information.
- A note explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take.
Our returns policies do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
